  I haven't heard of any organized effort here in DC to offer up housing.
  
  A friend of my mom's was going to stay with me but he opted for a Motel 6. So I can provide floor space in my little studio for a couple people in a pinch.
  
  It's a long walk / short busride from the parade route. Not luxurious, but a place out of the cold and rain.
